Employer Benefits Advantage
A Website Care client: a benefits advisory whose site we rebuilt, host and keep, with every form landing in an office system built alongside it.
Employer Benefits Advantage helps employers evaluate benefit strategies built on long-standing tax law: better access to care for employees, and payroll efficiency when the requirements are met. It’s a subject where trust is the product. EBA came to us on Website Care, which means one team designs the site, hosts it, keeps it up to date, and answers when something needs to change.

The Site.
A calm, credible site that explains a complicated offer in order: what EBA does, how the process runs from discovery to implementation, and the four provisions of federal tax law the framework rests on. The hero talks in employees and savings rather than jargon, and every page ends with one clear next step: request an employer analysis.
The Care.
On Website Care the site runs on a server we manage, with nightly backups, and a change goes live within a minute of being made. Every form on the site lands word for word in an inbox inside ebaOS, the pipeline and operations portal we built for EBA’s team, and the person who filled it in gets a real thank-you page, not a dead end. The site and the office behind it are looked after by the same people.
