Mid-Atlantic Showcase Series
A new home for five youth hockey tournaments in Greater Philadelphia—and the tournament office behind it, so registration, the website and the rink screens all run from one place.
The Mid-Atlantic Showcase Series runs five USA Hockey sanctioned youth tournaments around Philadelphia, owner-run by Matt Montagna and Tyler Skroski. The events had a strong reputation; the tools behind them were scattered. SIDES rebuilt the website and built the office that runs it.

The Challenge.
Registration lived on a travel company’s page, the brochure was a PDF, the website was a rented template, and the rest was spreadsheets and email. Families and coaches had to hop between sites to find dates, prices and how to sign up—and every change meant updating it in four places.

The Approach.
We built a bold, fast website where every tournament wears its own crest colors, from autumn leaves for the Fall Showcase to snow for the Winter. Behind it sits a tournament office built for the owners: team registration, clubs and contacts, payments, and every word on the website, all in one place.

The Result.
The site updates itself—new teams, spots left and the next puck drop show up the moment they change in the office. The owners edit their own site, messages from the contact form land in their office, and the same system feeds the TVs at the rink. The Winter Showcase in January is the first event run end to end on it.
