NextGen IVF LifeLabs
A new home for an IVF lab equipment and service company: a searchable catalogue, a service desk built into every page, and the booth screens that carry it onto the show floor.
NextGen IVF LifeLabs plans, equips and services assisted reproductive technology labs—the rooms where embryos are cultured, frozen and transferred. Their old site was an aging page-builder export, and a WordPress rebuild had stalled halfway. We started over with a custom site written for the person who actually reads it: a lab director comparing one incubator against another.
Deliverables
- Custom website & product catalogue
- Content migration from WordPress & the legacy site
- Service request desk & internal OS
- Per-system QR service stickers
- Quote & lab-planning flow
- Trade show booth screens
The Catalogue.
Twenty-seven systems across ten categories from eighteen manufacturers, pulled out of two old sites and rebuilt as one searchable catalogue. Every product has its own page and every brand lists what NextGen carries. When a search comes up empty, the page offers to find it anyway, and that search is logged so the sales team can see demand from people who left without a word. The flagship, Matcher electronic witnessing, gets a full story page of its own.

The Service Desk.
When a lab’s equipment goes down, the website is a phone number first. For everything else, a Request Service panel on every page asks which system is in trouble before it asks anything else. Requests land in an OS we built for the team, split automatically into sales and service lanes with an owner on each. Printed QR stickers on each system open that panel with the system already picked.

The Roots.
NextGen didn’t really start in 2012. It started with two fathers who were building embryology labs while the field was still working out what a good one looked like, and their sons run the company now. We gave that story its own page and pointed it at what carried forward: specify around the work, be there at handover, answer the phone. The same site also drives the booth screens NextGen takes to trade shows, where every QR code opens a quote or service request tagged to the show.
