Pruma Events: Live Talent at Your Event, Without the Line
Software for the people who throw brand parties with live talent in the room, so guests spend the night at the party instead of in line.
It started at a brand party. Fun City Tattoo’s artists set up a station in the corner, and a crowd formed around it. prumaOS was already keeping that line for the shop: guests scanned a code, kept their place, and got a text when it was their turn. Pruma Events hands the same idea to the people who put the night together, and gives them a home for everything else they carry. SIDES designed and built the product, the brand, and the site that sells it.
What we made
- The product, shaped from the producer’s side of the night
- A home for every event, before, during and after
- Sign-up from a QR code, and a text when it’s your turn
- The station tablet and the door
- A morning-after report for the brand
- Insurance, tax forms and licenses for everyone on the bill
- The Pruma Events identity
- A demo site you can join from your phone
The Line.
Put a tattoo artist in the corner of a party and something happens. A line forms, and it never really goes away. Guests stand in it instead of enjoying the night. Whoever runs the station loses track of who’s next. And the next morning the brand has some great photos and no idea how it went.

The Phone.
So the line moved into everyone’s pocket. A guest scans the code at the station, picks a design, and goes back to the party. When they’re nearly up, their phone tells them. When the artist is ready, it tells them again. At the station, a tablet shows who’s in the chair and who’s next, and one tap calls the next guest over.

The Producer.
Behind every night is someone holding it all together: the lineup, the venue, the guest list, the waivers, the run of show, the budget, and a folder of insurance certificates and tax forms for everyone on the bill. Pruma Events gives them one place for all of it, and every event opens on the one thing that needs doing next.

The Morning After.
When the night wraps, every guest who said yes to texts gets a thank-you. By morning there’s a page for the brand that tells the story of the night: how many came, what they picked, how fast the line moved, and who did the work. It’s one link, and it reads like a recap, not a spreadsheet.

The Launch.
Live since October 27 at events.prumaos.com. The site tells the story the way the night goes, in four beats, with a small rail of icons that lights up as you scroll. Then it hands you the real thing. Scan the code on the page, and your own phone joins the waitlist for the demo night.
